The importance and position of education and the constructive role of teachers in determining the fate of future builders of society make their provision and training essential as the basis of education. Therefore, the quality of work life of cultural workers, which includes results such as job satisfaction, growth opportunities, and psychological issues for them, and achievements such as participatory management, job enrichment, and reliable conditions for the organization, becomes important. For this purpose, the content analysis of the goals stated in the statute of the Farhangian University was considered with the components of the quality of work life in mind. Considering the content analysis method, which is a systematic, objective, and quantitative procedure, the categories existing in the goals were extracted, and the extent of their alignment with each of the five components of the quality of work life was investigated. Through statistical indicators of frequency and percentage frequency based on the number of references of each of the goal categories to each of the quality of work life components, it was determined that the university's goals fully and comprehensively address the component of "cultivating skills and human capabilities", "independence in performing tasks", and "developing work capabilities and diversifying activities", but the components of "fair wages and salaries" and "social cohesion in the work environment" have little alignment with the university's goals, which requires special attention from policymakers.

To clarify the process of the research, we will examine three topics: policymaking goals, quality of work life and its components, and content analysis method; At the end, the relationship between these topics is shown in a model.
