چکیده:
This research investigates the combined role of organizational intelligence and organizational maturity in organizational performance. The research is correlational in terms of the relationship between the research variables and survey-based in terms of the research method. A conceptual model was designed based on the theoretical texts of the subject to measure the research topic. The statistical sample of the present research consists of 85 companies from the Shahid Salimi Industrial Estate of Tabriz, which were selected using stratified random sampling. The data collection tool is a questionnaire whose validity and reliability have been examined and confirmed. Structural equation modeling was performed in Amos software to examine the relationship between the research variables. The findings of the research showed that there is a positive and strong relationship between intelligence and organizational performance in the companies studied. Also, the relationship between intelligence and the principles of organizational maturity is positive and significant, but there is no significant relationship between the principles of maturity and organizational performance. Therefore, it was found that although intelligence has a direct and strong positive impact on organizational performance, it could not influence performance through the mediation of organizational maturity. Based on this, suggestions were made to improve organizational performance with an emphasis on organizational intelligence and more active participation of the principles of organizational maturity.
