چکیده:
The main purpose of this study was to meta-synthesis conducting the studies in the field of ethics policy managers from the perspective of Islamic lessons. The research tool was an inventory studies, documents about managers' ethical policy that were included the 20 studies. by adopting a qualitative approach in research and by using meta-synthesis method, the data analysis and coding practices were conducted. In this regard, the relevant texts are identified and after evaluation, some of them were selected and analyzed. In the next step, the texts were studied with the aim of extracting examples of ethical policy. The study explored and founded the 143 code of ethical management policy based on Islamic lessons covering 5 main categories in 52 sub categories. The main categories were comprised managerial leadership, interactive communication, behavioral characteristic and knowledgeable - analysis. The results of the study can be used for both policymakers and higher education administrator's in the current and future Conditions. Furthermore, the findings of this study may be considered as some guidelines in action from managers of higher education.

In the next step, the selected texts were examined with the aim of extracting examples of ethical policies, and 143 identified codes in the field of ethical policies of managers based on Islamic teachings were investigated in 52 concepts and 5 categories, including the category of managerial-leadership, communicative-interactive, personality-behavioral, value-belief, and knowledge-analytical.
In the study of Naghiyeh and Naji (2012), the most important components and indicators of this approach from their point of view include: adherence to rights, rejection of power-seeking, observance of divine boundaries in politics, emphasis on the tradition and method of the Prophet and Imam Ali, prioritizing the preservation of Islam over all matters, even personal rights, anti-arrogance, preserving human dignity, avoiding special privileges for elites through which society is guided towards the straight path and the destination of divine worship.
Research Findings In this research, using the meta-synthesis method, after collecting and examining the required data gathered in the field of ethical politics of higher education managers based on Islamic teachings, the research findings have been addressed.
