Today, organizational training has become one of the most important necessities of modern organizations for survival in current changing conditions. Organizational dynamics, structural flexibility, increased productivity, and effectiveness all depend on having an efficient and effective organizational training system. It is through educational pathology that the weaknesses and disadvantages of training courses can be identified. The present research evaluates the training courses in one of the military centers of the armed forces using the FPSS model. This research is descriptive-survey in method, and its statistical population is all managers and experts of the organization under study, and their number was estimated at 120 people using Morgan's table. To collect information, a researcher-made questionnaire consisting of 32 questions was used, and its reliability was calculated as 0.964. Since the data were normal, confirmatory factor analysis and single-sample t-test were used for their analysis. Based on the results of this research, the organization under study has a relatively good status in the functional and process dimensions of the FPSS model; but it does not have a suitable status in the systemic and structural dimensions of the FPSS model.
