چکیده:
The main objective of this research was to investigate the mediating role of learning goal orientation at individual, team, and organizational levels in explaining the effect of transformational leadership on adaptive performance. The statistical population of this research was all employees of a service organization. The proposed model was tested on a sample of 175 employees selected by multi-stage random sampling method. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. Structural equation modeling and bootstrapping method were used to evaluate the proposed model and test the mediating effects. The findings showed that the proposed model had good fit with the real data. In addition, the results showed that individual and organizational orientations are suitable mediators in explaining the impact of transformational leadership on adaptive performance. Accordingly, organizations should provide conditions to encourage transformational leadership and learning goal orientation at different organizational levels.
