Payment of retirement pensions is one of the most basic commitments and services of the Social Security Organization, which ensures the comfort and well-being of individuals during old age. The present research aims to investigate the factors influencing the establishment of this important service, and was conducted using descriptive and survey methods from Aban 0930 to Shahrivar 0931 to expand it. Data collection tools include documents, interviews, and questionnaires. 30 samples were randomly selected from the statistical population of the research, which includes 3019 insured individuals who started paying insurance from the Qom branch of the Social Security Organization and, by the end of Azarma 0930, despite meeting the age condition for establishing a retirement pension (at least 60 years for men and at least 55 years for women), did not meet the insurance history condition, which is at least 20 years, and did not retire. 35% of the examined samples have more than 20 years of work experience, and 7% of them lack adequate education. The findings of the research indicate that the most important factors influencing the establishment of retirement pensions, in order of importance, are: worker support programs, employer insurance behavior, education and awareness of the rules of the Social Security Organization, the laws of the Social Security Organization, the economic ability of the insured and the employer.
