خلاصه ماشینی:
The aim of this research is to identify and evaluate the factors influencing workplace bullying, and the research method used was a mixed exploratory type.
The results showed that five main factors influence bullying in the workplace, and a number of sub-indicators were also identified for each of them.
However, research on workplace bullying, preventive measures, and its management is very limited, and despite the problems and irreparable consequences it creates, sufficient studies have not yet been conducted in this field.
Giorgi conducted a study to investigate the relationship between workplace bullying and physical and mental health through organizational climate among more than 300 employees of an Italian university.
The results are as follows: being exposed to bullying behaviors leads to a decrease in employee engagement with work and colleagues and an increase in health problems due to perceiving a high level of job insecurity.
Also, a native model of the factors influencing bullying in the work environment was identified and evaluated; while previous research has been more focused on one organization and fewer factors (Mehdad 1388: 69).
Research Method Given what has been said, the main goal of this research was to identify and evaluate the effective factors on bullying in the workplace.
The extent of influence of occupational-professional factors, behavioral-attitudinal factors, contextual factors, organizational factors, and individual-psychological factors on the occurrence of bullying differs significantly from each other.
Suggestion According to the results of this research and the responses of individuals, the most important factor influencing the occurrence of bullying in the workplace in executive bodies is discrimination and injustice.
