This article attempts to explain the position of the entrepreneurial revolution in global change and transformations, examine the concept of entrepreneurship and the characteristics of entrepreneurs from the perspective of experts, as well as the advantages that entrepreneurship creates for societies. Then, the role of entrepreneurial management in creating an entrepreneurial organization with regard to the competencies and skills that managers should possess in today's organizations is analyzed. In another part of this article, we have examined the environmental dimensions of entrepreneurship by presenting a model of environmental determinants, and finally, considering the importance of culture in creating and developing entrepreneurship, the effects of culture on entrepreneurship are analyzed.
