Empowering employees is one of the effective techniques to increase employee productivity and optimize the use of individual and group capacities in line with organizational goals. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between ethical leadership and psychological empowerment mediated by procedural justice and interactional justice. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-correlational in terms of research method. The participants of the research were 200 employees of Aghajari Oil and Gas Operation Company who were selected by stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, structural equation modeling and bootstrap method. The findings showed that the proposed model has a good fit. The results of the research showed that ethical leadership directly and indirectly, through the mediation of procedural justice and interactional justice, affects psychological empowerment. Also, ethical leadership is related to psychological empowerment, and this leadership style promotes procedural and interactional justice, and through these two types of justice, the grounds for empowering employees can be provided.
