This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the effects of knowledge management strategies and processes on organizational excellence in the Ilam Gas Refinery Company. The research method is descriptive of the correlation-structural equations type. The sample of this research included 155 employees of the Ilam Gas Refinery Company, who were selected using a stratified sampling method from 256 official personnel. The data collection tool was a questionnaire. Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling methods were used for data analysis. The findings obtained from the structural model fit showed that there is a positive and significant effect between human-centered and system-centered strategies on organizational excellence. Additionally, the mediating role of knowledge management processes (knowledge acquisition and creation processes along with knowledge sharing) in the conceptual model of the research (indirect relationship) was confirmed.

Knowledge management capability is considered a method for improving products and processes, improving decision-making strategies, and organizing and strengthening organizational capabilities, which are the keys for the organization to establish and maintain dynamic capability; therefore, companies need knowledge to increase their ability to improve goods and services and, consequently, to benefit customers and consumers.
The results of research (Deilmaghani and Namvar, 1395) showed that the impact coefficient of knowledge management processes (knowledge acquisition, knowledge conversion, knowledge application, and knowledge protection) on dynamic capabilities is positive and significant.
Research results (Tseng 2014, 4) show that proposed decision support systems allow managers to evaluate knowledge management processes and determine which content management system acts to improve coordination with the nature of their own organizational knowledge and also increase its level of effectiveness and efficiency.
Mohammadi and Ahmadi 15 (2015), in a study titled "The impact of knowledge management styles on organizational performance using the Balanced Scorecard approach," by providing a holistic approach to evaluating knowledge management styles on organizational performance, have investigated the effects of seven critical success factors, namely leadership role, organizational culture, knowledge management strategy, processes and activities, education and training, information technology, and the motivation and reward system on organizational performance within the framework of the four Balanced Scorecard approaches.
