چکیده:
The purpose of this research is to investigate the mediating role of employees' psychological empowerment in the relationship between effective management and organizational excellence. This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection method. The statistical population of the research consists of all employees of universities in Hamedan city, who were randomly selected from four universities in Hamedan city (Bu Ali Sina, Medical Sciences, Industrial and Islamic Azad) using Cochran's formula for an unlimited population, 392 employees. Three questionnaires were used to collect data. Data analysis was performed using confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using LISREL and SPSS software. The results of structural relationship analysis showed that effective management with high path coefficients with empowerment constructs can be considered an effective and powerful factor for the psychological empowerment of employees and had the most impact on the dimensions of feeling competent, feeling effective, autonomy, and feeling meaningfulness of employees, respectively. Also, there was a very strong causal relationship between the dimensions of employees' psychological empowerment and organizational excellence, and the results indicated the greater impact of the dimensions of competence and effectiveness on organizational excellence.
